Fleece fabric is a polyester that is made by countering two different petroleum derivatives at very high temperatures to form a polymer. This polymer is left to cool down, which turns into a thick syrup. Later it gets processed through tiny holes in a metal disc known as a spinneret.

Kinds of fleece fabrics:

Micro-fleece:

It is commonly used in making nappies as the soft and thin material is excellent for repelling water from the body. As a result, the skin stays soft and supple, and it prevents rashes.
